"Hotel charged us extra for children even though we were quoted and locked in rate with freehotel online, they didn't care. If we wanted to stay we had to pay more. They stated the the travel service was wrong. Price quoted was for only two as far as they were concerned. I print out showing other, which they had same 2 adults 2 children. Remote broke on tv, toilet was hit and miss when it worked, no mattress pad only two straight sheets, mattress's were lumpy and worn. Large stains on chairs. Only thing nice were the roses outside. Avoid this hotel at all costs!!!"
